These are sequel drawings done in charcoal by Brian Schmalzriedt. Who is a 22 year old portrait pencil artist whose work has been featured on websites, sold across the globe, and won awards at various art contests. I find both of these pieces very attractive because I now know how difficult it is to draw an eye in charcoal especially with the amount of detail he has put into it. He estimated it took about 12-15 hours a piece. The picture on the left he calls, "Eye See You" it is on 14" x 17" vellum Bristol Board. The one on the right he calls, "Eye See You Too" and it is also on a 14" x 17" vellum Bristol Board. I found this artist by just looking at charcoal artists on google.
